The Soulshard Commendation can be bought with 2 Vote Token, make another vendor that sells It for 2.4k honor aswell. People will be deeked out and have nothing else to spend their honor on.

the soulshard commendation does cost 2 vote tokens look at the vote reward vendor please lol also thats a somewhat good idea ill add the commendation for some honor to like transfer it to another char it is bounded to acc
