1. What is your name ?

2. How old are you and how mature are you compared to other people the same age as you?.
-I'm 18 years old. I'm mature as any other normal 18 year old guy.

3. Where in the world are you located and what timezone are you in?
-I'm from Croatia,Split. GTM +1

4. What is your main character in-game name?
-Mafijash

5. For how long have you been playing Soulshard-wow, and how long have you played the game itself?
-I've been playing Soulshard for less than 2 hours and playing WoW for almost 7 years(3 years of retail included).

6. Have you ever been banned for any reason?
-I think I did like 2 or 3 years ago on one private server. Can't remember the reason.

7. How much time would you put into being a member of our Staff? And how much time do you daily spend on WoW? (Be specific please : Day/Time etc.)
-Well I would give my best to be a good member of your staff. I'm kind of person who gets the serius bussines for real and do it with maximal professonality. I ussualy spend about 5 hours daily playing WoW but at weekends I play more... Usualy during the week 5 hours(at 8pm-1am) as I already said, and can be maximal 10 hours. At Saturday( 3pm- 3am) and Sunday(12am- 11pm) I play around 10 hours, sometimes less and rarely more.

8. Do you have a basic base of command knowledge? (TrinityCore based)
-Well not fully. I know some of commands but not all. It's not a problem to learn them.

9. Do you work well in teams?
-I'm a team player, so yes.

10. Explain to us what makes you suitable for the GM position.
-I have enough of game experience and I think I'm enough mature to do that job on highest level of professionality.

11. Why do you want to become a member of our Staff team and what interests you the most about the GM position?
-I got bored by just playing WoW and having that kind of fun... Now I want to make other players to be happy playing on this server.

12. What positive additions could you make to the Server/Community, what are your good qualities?
-I would be an active social gamemaster and use every way to make this server better. My qualities are as I already said that I have alot of game exp. and enough mature to do good job.

13. What do you think is the most important thing for a GM to do/to be?
-To help players in-game with any problem they have.

14. Are you familiar with the expression "power hungry"? If so, what does this mean to you and what can convince us that you're not that type of person?
-Never heard for it beofre but I can logically say that Power Hungry persons are the ones who want to be above other players, they want to have power in their hands as kick/ban etc... I can say that I love to be above other players but not for any bad reason only because I think I finished with that part of gaming I've solved almost all quests for like 50 times I know alot of game details and dungeons and raid, etc... So I think now is the time I need to make another step and go a stair above other.

15. We require all GM's to act professional at all times, this includes proper spelling and grammar, will this be a problem for you?
-I think it won't be a problem.

16. Fluent languages ?
-English and Croatian.

17. A player makes a ticket repeatedly, you told him to stop making tickets but he keeps going. What do you do?
-Kick him and warn him that if he continue he may get ban and afterall ban him if he deserved it.

18. A player made a ticket and he says that he deleted his Shadowmourne and he wants it back, what will you do?
-Check logs, if he is lying warn him or something.

19. Do you have a working microphone ? The decisive step of accepting your application is a live interview over Skype.
-Yes, I have it.

5.I think i have been playing wow in like 4-5 years. and on this server i dont realy know but i love it!
6.ye i have ben banned once on retail i did casino^^ but never done a hack or something like that.
7.Umh i think i am gonna be on atleast 3-4/7 days ^^ or even more idk realy and i play wow all day long so i have much time to use my time to be a staff member.
8.I know some commands like .kill .mod money (2032302 gold) like that and some more like .tele stormwind i think it is and i will learn me the commands i need to know.

17.Well if its importent things i would answear them for him, but if he just doing it for being a crap i would kick him or mute him i think and maybe if its go to far i would bad him for a the reason "spamming"
18.I would first check the loggo if he even had/or have a shadowmourne and if it is true that he he deleted it i would Send a new one for him when i know that he is not lying

I don't like what I see. But I'll let the owner and the other guys check it out. I don't believe either of you have played our server long enough to be applying
